We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director and Chief of Programme to lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will provide leadership to program teams, ensure operational excellence, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and management of organizational programs and projects.
- Develop strategic program objectives aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Supervise and support program managers, coordinators, and departmental staff.
- Monitor program performance, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
- Establish policies, procedures, and operational frameworks for effective program delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, donors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and governing bodies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and improvement.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and public engagements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Management, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in program management or senior administrative roles.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and large-scale projects.
