We have sponsored a floating hospital ‘Jibon Tari’ to provide Eye treatment for deprived rural population in remote area of Bangladesh. We provide a monthly donation of Tk 4,50000/- to support the hospital cost. The first-ever floating hospital in Bangladesh and also Southeast Asia, the ‘Jibon Tari’ Floating Hospital was launched on 10 April 1999 on the bank of river Padma at Mawa ghat to provide medical and surgical treatment on board for prevention and cure of avoidable disabilities among the people living in the rural, flood-prone, riverine areas of Bangladesh. We have set up a free Friday clinic, Shastya Sheba Kendro (SSK) extending primary medical support for the poor people of remote village of Shahbazpur.
